PIGENOME2025 will be an interdisciplinary forum that will bring together experts in microbiology, ecology, human medicine and veterinary, public health and epidemiology, with the aim of addressing the evolution and application of microbial pygenoma in the context of the One Health approach. The scientific program will include plenary conferences, oral communications, presentations of posters and thematic sessions focused on:

1. Introduction to Global Pangenomas in One Health
2. Evolution of Paniene and Environmental Interactions
3. Interconnected microbiomas and gene exchange
4. PIGENOMIC DIVERSITY IN HUMAN AND ANIMAL MICROBIOMAS
5. Pangenoma in infectious diseases
6. The role of phages: from community dynamics to phage therapy

 

Extension of the shipping period.

The deadline for submitting abstracts ends on October 31, 2025, and acceptance notifications will be sent on November 7, 2025. Early registration will be available until November 14, with a reduced rate of €425 (VAT included). From that date, the general rate of €484 will apply. There is also a reduced rate for students of €275, including doctoral students.
