Dear colleagues from the SEM, specialized group of Food Microbiology:

We are pleased to inform you that registration and the preliminary program of the XXIII National Congress of Food Microbiology, which will take place in Cartagena from September 9 to 12, 2024. It will take place in the CIM building of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. The Awards will be presented to the best doctoral theses of 2022 and 2023 and to the Best Young Researcher, the rules of which will be published shortly.

5. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA?
