Human hand

The photograph shows a plate (15 cm) of LB-Agar where a human hand (female, 24 years) has been placed. The plate has been incubated for 2 days at 37ºC and 10 days at room temperature to observe the growth of the bacteria present on human skin. The photograph has been scanned from the original plate with an HP 4100 scanner.
