Descripción: Dry rot is the most important disease affecting potato tubers in storage. Fusarium spp. are the pathogens responsible of dry rot. A Fusarium spp. was isolated from tubers infected with dry rot. Potato were damaged and inoculated with a spore suspension of the isolate. Finally they were incubated at 25 ºC for three days, the result is shown on the picture.
