MICROBIOLOGIST / CLINICAL ANALYST TO WORK IN THE STA NETWORK. HEALTH, SOCIAL AND TEACHING KEY

Hospital Sta. Tecla de Tarragona and H. Del Vendrell belong to the Santa Tecla Health and Social Network, which is a group of foundations within the public health network of Catalonia.
It is made up of more than 40 centers and provides assistance to a population of 350,000 inhabitants of the
territory of Baix Penedès and Tarragonès.
The Sta. Tecla Health Network is a teaching unit in relation to the province of Tarragona, training specialists in Family and Community Medicine and Internal Medicine, at the same time we are a reference center in practices for the teaching of medicine and nursing at the Rovira i Virgili University.

We need a microbiologist or analyst to join the Red Santa Tecla laboratory team where they will carry out the tasks of the microbiology department:
• Organize the processing of clinical samples
• Application of knowledge of the technical base and operation of the equipment
• Interpretation and validation of results
• Offer diagnostic and therapeutic advice to the physicians responsible for the patients.
• Participation in hospital commissions and entities in the Network's PROA teams.
It is offered
• Permanent contract
• Immediate incorporation
• Full time: 1688 hours/year
• Remuneration of Specialist Physician according to SISCAT agreement
• Hours from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

It is required
• It is essential to provide a specialist degree in Microbiology/Clinical Analysis obtained at
through MIR, BIR, FIR or QUIR.
