As a world leader in bioanalysis Eurofins, we are looking for Medical Biologists / Clinical Pathologists who will be willing to relocate to France for our Specialist Biological Laboratories. We are recruiting in our laboratories, particularly in the regions of Paris, Rhône-Alpes, the South of France, Toulouse, Brittany, Aquitaine and Guyana!

We are now recruiting for our subsidiary “Eurofins Biologie Médicale”, composed of 13 laboratories of medical analysis and more than 237 sites across France and French Guiana. We are constantly growing and today we carry out analyses for over 22,000 patients every day, thanks to our 250 medical doctors over 2,300 employees.

About the role:
As a Medical Biology Site Director/ Biologist, you will begin your development towards an international lab management career within the Group.
 You will be in charge of a pre-post analytical laboratory and/ or will also work on a technical platform.
 As a medical doctor, you will participate in the sampling of human blood and carry out the biological validation of files for multiple sites, while being an active player in laboratory quality system continuous improvement initiatives.
 Alongside human blood sampling and analysis, you will also fulfil the roles of Site and Team manager.

As a Site Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the site and the development of its patient base, while consulting and ensuring the satisfaction of our patients and prescribers.

As a Team Manager, you will be committed to the development of your employees' skills and will ensure a work environment promoting the development of each individual.

In order to accomplish all the developmental and managerial tasks entrusted to you, you can rely on both management/support functions, and the support services of Eurofins.

Successful Candidates
Hold EU-accredited:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.)
Diplomas with a specialization in biology and are willing to relocate to France. Eurofins supports the relocation, integration, and involvement of all Medical Biology Site Directors who choose to join our team by relocating to France.

Language Skills
Ideally, you will have at least B1 level of French, or are willing to study up to it from your current level.
