Jerónimo Carlos Rodríguez, National Research Award for young people

Our colleague Jerónimo Carlos Rodríguez has been awarded the National Research Award “Margarita Salas” for young people in the Biology modality. Jerónimo is a Senior Researcher at the Ramón y Cajal Institute for Health Research and Group Leader from EvodynamicsLab. He has been awarded for the excellence and quality of his work with marked international recognition and, especially, for his contribution to research on antibiotic resistance, one of the greatest challenges in Global Health. The leadership in his projects, the number and quality of his publications, as well as the ability to obtain resources and his innovative and multidisciplinary vision, make him worthy of this award.
